1) Columbia Center - 932 feet

Located at 701 Fifth Avenue the Columbia Center is the tallest building in Seattle at 932 feet and the 20th tallest building in the United States and 73rd tallest building in the world. Built from 1982 to 1985 the 76 story Columbia Center is conveniently located in downtown Seattle near the best hotels and restaurants and is a tourist attraction in Seattle that attracts about 2,000 visitors per day who travel to the observation deck located on the 73rd floor for great views of the city.

2) 1201 Third Avenue - 772 feet

1201 Third Avenue is the 2nd tallest building in Seattle and the 60th tallest building in the United States. Built from 1986-1988 the 1201 Third Avenue building is 55 floors high and one of the most popular buildings in the city and among architects from around the country.

3) Two Union Square - 740 feet

Two Union Square is located at 621 Union Street and is the 3rd tallest building in Seattle at 740 feet in height. Two Union Square was built from 1987 to 1989 and contains 56 floors and is connected to the Seattle Hilton Hotel and Rainier Square shopping mall by an underground concourse.

4) Seattle Municipal Tower - 722 feet

The Seattle Municipal Tower is located at 700 5th Avenue and at 722 feet in height is the 4th tallest building in Seattle and 105th tallest building in the United States. The 62 floor building Seattle Municipal Tower is part of the Seattle Civic Center Complex and is owned by the city and houses many of the city's government offices.

5) Safeco Plaza - 630 feet

Safeco Plaza is located at 1001 Fourth Avenue and is the 5th tallest building in Seattle and is located downtown close to most of the best hotels and restaurants in the city. The 50 story Safeco Plaza building is leased by Safeco Insurance Company of America hence its current name.

6) Space Needle - 605 feet

The Space Needle is a 605 foot high landmark tourist attraction located at the Seattle Center fairground park. The Space Needle was built for the 1962 World's Fair held in Seattle, Washington and today is a big tourist attraction with a great observation deck and the rotating SkyCity restaurant. The views of Seattle and the surrounding mountains and islands in the Puget Sound from atop the Space Needle are spectacular.
